Please read the terms and Thank You for abiding by them.
"I have the right to refuse membership to anyone that doesn't abide by my terms."
Members Area
You may "not" offer any of my original graphics, outlines, layouts, websets, etc. for download, add them to any collection, offer them for sale or free, or claim them as your own.
Memberships are for one user. You may "NOT" share your membership information with anyone. If you are found to be sharing your information with anyone else, your membership will be terminated.
If you will be logging into the members area from different locations (i.e...home & work), please let me know.
Membership fees may be changed, but only if I feel they need to be changed.
If a Lifetime Membership is offered, it's for the lifetime of this site...Not yours or mine.
My terms are subject to change. So please check them often.
NO refunds will be given back.
You "DO NOT" have to have a site to join.
You must add my banner or a text link to your membership page showing that you are a member of Dodie's Pixels.
(I will be checking from time to time.)
You MUST color your graphic different than mine. It will benefit you in the long run.
Sample Graphics
The Sample Graphics are copyright to me. You may "NOT" take them and claim them as your own.
Outlines
You may use my outlines to make Graphics, Sigtags, Websets, Stationary, and Premades for yourself.
For personal use or profit.
You may make slight changes to my outlines and animate them.
You may not offer or share my outlines unless they have been completely colored in first.
If you plan on using your finished graphic from my outlines for digitizing, please ask for a Digitizing License first.
Tubing
I "DO" allow tubing of your finished results.
(Don't pass them through msn, yahoo, etc...)
IM Letters
My IM Letters are for member use only. They are not to be shared.
Websets
My Websets are for member use only. They are not to be shared.
You must have the proper scripts to use my websets.
You wouldn't want someone stealing something that you paid for.
Tubes
The tubes that I offer are made from my own outlines, or from paid sites that I'm a member of that allows tubing of your finished graphic.
You may "NOT" offer these tubes for download or add them to any collection.
You may "NOT" send them through groups such as MSN or Yahoo. They are "NOT" for snagging.
You may "NOT" recolor, resize, or claim them as your own.
You may "NOT" offer them for free or for sale as they are. You "MUST" add words, other graphics, etc... to them first.
You "MAY" make Sigtags, Websets, Premades, etc... for your personal use or profit.
Goodies in the Members Area
They may "NOT" be offered or shared outside the members area.
They may "NOT" be requested for a friend. They are for members only.
Do "NOT" claim them as your own.
Give credit where credit is due. Link them back to me. A text link is fine.

Graphics Shop Terms
These are going to be pretty easy to follow.
I reserve the right to change my terms from time to time.
NO REFUNDS
PLEASE give me up to 48 hours to get your order to you.
Usually it will be less than a day though.
SIGTAGS
You DON'T have to have a website to purchase my tags.
You MAY NOT claim as your own.
You MAY NOT re-color, re-size, or edit in any other way.
You MAY NOT give or share your tag to someone with the same name.
You MAY NOT re-sell your tag.
OUTLINES
These lines are 100% copyright to me.
Please use your license with a link back to:
You may not share these outlines with anyone.
Do not pass them through groups such as MSN, Yahoo, etc...
If you sell your site to someone else, you may not pass my lines
or tubes that you make from my lines to the new owner.
You MAY make tubes from my lines. You have been given a license
to do so.
You may make sigtags, premades, websets, & tube sets from my
lines for profit.
You may not re-sell my lines as your own.
You may not offer my lines in a password protected members area
(if you have one).
You may not use my lines with someone elses to create your own.
You may make minor changes to my lines, but this does not make
them yours.
If you have any questions about my outlines or terms, please
email me before buying.
There are no refunds after I receive payment.

TUBES
You MAY make sigtags, websets, premades, stationery, and page sets.
You MUST add more than just text. Be creative.
You MAY NOT share, sell, or give tubes away.
You MAY NOT claim as your own.
You MAY NOT pass them around in any Yahoo, MSN, or other related groups.
You MUST have a website to use my tubes.
The ONLY editing allowed is to make the eyes blink OR anything within reason.
You MUST place the Tube License that comes with your purchase on membership page.
Tubes are from my own outlines/creations or from memberships that allow me to tube their outlines.
